Yesterday I met with my broker and she gave me the challenge to set up and go on 100 appointments before the end of the year! This is a huge challenge, and I need your help to reach my goal.
Recently I had a friend ask why I chose to be a realtor and why I chose to do this profession full time, and the answer to that question is actually 2 very different answers.
The reason that I chose to be a realtor is honestly for kind of selfish reasons. I love homes. My husband has been building homes all of our marriage. I love looking at homes, and blueprints and home design and I was excited to be able to look at all the pretty homes with my clients.
But . . .the reason that I chose to become a realtor full time and not just do real estate part time as I had done for years was very different. Finding and looking at pretty homes is such a small part of what I do.
I love helping my clients. I love the buyers that I get to help find their dream home and help work through the buying process and educate them be able to purchase that home. I love helping a seller maximize their home’s potential to get the best possible price and work through the inspections and selling process.
For me closing day is always bitter sweet. I am so happy for my clients and we have worked so hard together to achieve their goals, but on the other hand I am sad to not have that daily communication with someone that I grown to love. I am grateful for the lifelong friendships that I have with my clients, but I always miss working with them each day.
So if you are thinking of selling your home soon, or in a year or 5 years from now and would like me to come by and give home improvement and staging advice before you make changes to your home give me a call . . .that is an appointment
If you are wanting to look at a home that just came on the market, give me a call . . .that is an appointment
I you know anyone a friend, coworker, family member that I could help please share.
